About Us
What is KESA?
KESA is a proudly recognized organization at the University of Toronto. Founded in 1981, KESA has dedicated itself in promoting Korean culture, excellence in academics, and positive social communication among our members in the Faculty of Engineering.
KESA 는 캐나다 토론토 대학교 공과 내 한인 학생들의 모임으로서, 올해 2017-2018년도 학기를 맞이해 창립 후 35기로, 북미에서 전통을 자랑하는 한인 학생회입니다. KESA는 재학생과 졸업생의 연결고리로 각종 이벤트와 세미나로 회원분들께 유익한 단체가 되기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
KESA가 오래전부터 유지해오고 있는 목적은 다음과 같습니다.
- 회원들 간에 도움을 줄 수 있는 한인 Global Network 형성 및 학부생과 학부 졸업생들의 친목 도모
- 한인 공대생들의 재학 중 공부에 대한 지원
- 토론토 한인 사회에 토론토 공대와 캐나다 또는 현 세계의 공학 부문에 대한 정보 및 동향 알리기
